So most Americans will have "lower premiums" and the bill "will reduce the deficit by $119 billion over a decade", where is the problem? Your concern is with the 23 million that will "lose" health insurance? It's hardly surprising that many people will cancel insurance once the "insurance mandate" is gone, but I wouldn't call it a loss if you no longer have to buy something you didn't want or need in the first place but were forced to buy because of some bullshit law.
