I guess Rochard didn't want to notice this in that article:

Maybe if we stopped having freakin' military bases all over the fucking world then we could save Billions of dollars.

No wonder our country is so far in debt.
I say sell them even more weapons and get our troops the fuck out of there. That money could be spent right here in our own country on the homeless and hungry.
