The "leaks" have come from deep state lifetime unelected bureaucrats such as Comey and other "officials".
It should worry you that the deep state of unelected bureaucrats are attempting to basically overthrow the duly elected President of The United States.

Yes, but there are different kinds of leaks.
When someone leaks classified information that person is breaking the law.
However, if the President is in the room with twenty other people and says something and it gets out into the press, is that a leak or it is someone telling the press what happened? If you and I have a conversation and I tell someone else, is that a leak?
A huge part of the problem here is that not everyone in the government supports Trump. In practice they "serve at the pleasure of the President" but a lot of people in the White House and the Intelligence Community do not feel this way. At the same time Trump has gone to war with the press and the intelligence community so Trump surely isn't going to get any support from them at all. Legal or illegal - Trump brought this on himself.
Because of Trump's utter lack of experience in politics he never noticed the ONLY two groups he cannot piss off is the press and the intelligence community.
