Trump is already pushing for paid leave for new parents.
He's not a Republican anyway.
As for real Republican politicians...let's vote their asses out. Along with the Democrats.
Get new blood in there. One and done. Send 'em home to get real jobs like the rest of us.
And start voting for people who WILL get the military out of other country's and who will help our own people.
And we don't necessarily need a bunch of welfare spending.
What we need are good jobs, fair trade, less taxes. And our govt. takes in enough revenue every year to be able to truly help people that REALLY need it (and not just lazy fucks gaming the system).
Will any of this ever happen?
Well, Trump was voted in as President on a wave of populism. And just look at what the establishment is doing to him.
It's very disheartening. Half the country is screaming for him to be impeached so that the Deep State can get rid of him and install ANOTHER lifetime politician to make sure that nothing ever changes.
