Did you contact them? They have multiple account managers and a person that just does CS as well. They post here, I think Kshore or something like that. They have email in there and skype. They won't just delete your account if something wasn't wrong, did you send like 15 hits and get 3-5 soi conversions right away and then none of them logged in at all or confirmed their email? That will set off the fraud system right away. Talk to them they'll listen if you were sending legit traffic.
