I believe that anyone who might be asked questions by Mueller is considered a "witness".
Trump's attorney falls into that category.
Has nothing to do with your flights of fantasy calling him a "dirtbag" or whatever goes through your hate-filled mind when Trump's name is involved.
I actually watched a panel of top attorneys discussing this and that is what they said.
Just because the man is an attorney doesn't mean he just walks in to see Mueller and get questioned without his own attorney.
Or as the lawyers say: "If you represent yourself...you have a fool for a client"
