Stupid people. It is simple, out of hundreds of millions invest lets say 2 million ( lol, measly 1% or so of all net income) into rental real estate. Lets say yearly roi is 10%, you can live like a wealthy man just of that alone.
It is just one example, it would be impossible not to stay wealthy. How people manage to get broke from those heights is beyond comprehension of a sane mind.
