I know one thing, the news articles so far have made me even more untrusting of them than I already was from a feww past experiences. Talk about easy to mould public opinion (and if I didn't know the guy, I'd no doubt also be saying he was a lunatic etc, extremely hard not to form that view if you are presented with it in the way it has been thus far).

You didn't read the accounts of what happened. He went through the 1st time with almost no warning as the video shows, he raced up stopped for a second then drove through them. He then turned around and started revving his engine (you can hear it off screen) like he would drive through again and that's when the cops surrounded/arrested him.
That video only shows his 1st pass and not him turning around and coming back. You can hear it in that video the bike keeps going then it comes back and he revs his engine.. That guy 100% needed to be arrested for his 1st pass. The cupcake is obviously having a melt down and was about to hurt someone. The cops probably saved him from himself of having attempted murder or assault charges...
What is wrong with you red hats, that you get so enraged at people practicing their constitutional rights? Driving is not a right but protesting is... That guy will with out a doubt get ticketed for reckless endangerment (4 points). Hope he enjoys his new insurance premiums for the next 3 years in exchange for his 20 seconds of feeling like he was Mr big..
