We can help with this, for sure. In some rare cases, it was simply a matter of re-registering with the same email you used for the original CR Legacy, but initiating the process again under the same email for CR 2.0.
I'd be happy to get this resolved for you before the weekend. Can you email or Skype me your original account information and let me know what you've been trying for CR 2.0?
