Come on guys...all political arguments and hatred aside...these guys at CNN are not journalists anymore and they are lying to the American people.
This JUST came out overnight. CNN is not talking about it at all on the air of course. But last night 3 of the "journalists" involved in the retracted story that I made this thread about were fired.
And CNN hasn't talked about that on the air either.

I am of the opinion that all "news" media's only interest is ratings/advertising dollars and not "news" per se. They present those stories they think will garner the best ratings and keep them in front of all other "news" as long as they continue to rank high in ratings and when the ratings drop below a certain point they will begin to push another story until they find one that brings in the ratings again. This is especially true with the 24/7 "news" outlets, more so than with other "news" media outlets.
As I have stated before I primarily get my news from Cspan, but of course from time to time monitor various other outlets to see what spin they are putting on events.
