A yes I'm sure those are so precise you can narrow it down to millimeters. Give me a fucking break. Why did they only give examples of 1993 and 2014 increase? Do they only check them every 21 years or are those the only two years that showed an increase? I'm asking as a joke really because there's no way a bouy is going to measure levels in millimeters.
