On my iphone if you don't have one, there is a news feed app where you can just select a ton of news sources and get the headlines from all of them. I just indiscriminately selected a lot of them. CNN, Fox, CBS, Bloomberg, MSNBC or whatever.
It only took a couple days to see a horrible pattern with respect to news during the primaries. 90% of headlines were "Trump bad" and 10% "Hillary Good" and nearly always zero "Hillary Bad" - even with 3 concurrent federal investigations. It was clear right away that they were pandering to the fringe for views/clicks etc.
It was very depressing to see the media go silent on criticism with Obama for 8 years to fully imploding into national enquirer like "news". The media was always a vital part of the checks and balances of the system and now is little more than an online circle jerk of click bait headlines.
