The Republican side is trying to sabotage everything the Democrats have accomplished.
The last Republican administration left us in a massive recession with double digit unemployment, and with Americans losing their houses by the millions. Eight years of a Democratic president and we have 4% unemployment. What's stunning is that under Obama 4% unemployment was horrible for Republicans, but now that same exact 4% unemployment and suddenly Republicans think our economy is doing great.
Obamacare, when put into place correctly, works. My healthcare costs went down 90% and I have the same exact healthcare I had before Obamacare. I understand this is not working everywhere; Healthcare is going to be very difficult in smaller, rural areas - You can't build a hospital for a town that has 900 people in it, you just can't. But we need to fix what is broken, not replace it. If you buy a $60k car and your transmission goes out, you don't ditch the car and buy a new one - you fix it.
