It is like stating that Euro is worth nothing in USA because you cannot spend it directly. Bitcoin is daily hitting new places where you can use it and entire idea is to change way how entire finance works so spending it is just tip of the iceberg on what is about to happen. I'm aware you can buy stuff with it but who would want to? I don't want to buy something with bitcoins that could be worth 10 bucks more in a day or two and as a seller why would I want to accept bitcoins when they could be worth 10 bucks less in a day or two? on a large scale, it just doesn't work as it is now. let me know when walmart takes bitcoin.
