In the theme of this thread, their husbands do let them go out like that. Any partner/ husband commenting on how their "wife" may go out is just as bad and certainly worse if they are from a western nation.
My wife will go out however the fuck she chooses. Which incidently is probably the same attitude of the husbands of the women in that picture, most wear it because they strongly believe it is their religious obligation, husbands opinion matters little.
The problem is not the burka, it is being married to someone who is possessive and oppressive. As this thread shows that's not an uniquely Muslim problem.
