Ok that's watching closely, no idea they had it, no idea where it was going to be launched from. And there's 25 million people, within reach of an estimated 10,000 + weapons already pointed at them.

Of course all this presumes NK has totally played by UN restrictions on chemical and biological weapons and does have them deployed throughout the USA already.
