The defamation part seems worrisome. If you talk trash about Merkel then facebook has to delete it? Seems like BS. The fines are so high that facebook will just delete everything instead of taking any risks. It's going to cause censorship because I'm sure that facebook will simply delete anything that gets reported. Facebook would go broke in two days if they didn't.
