He visited, didn't migrate. There is a difference.

Very easy for Poland to avoid the problems the UK, France, Germany, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Holland, etc have. They just introduce a law that says no benefits for foreigners who haven't contributed for five years. That has kept low skilled. non-skilled and unemployed migrants out of the country.
