the point was that peoples choices for insurers are now down to nothing and fewer and fewer doctors accept Obamacare... meaning "yeah, they have a card... but at a continually rising premiums and deductibles and with fewer and fewer doctors who accept it".

showing the total number of card holders - doesn't have anything to do with the total number of people getting care, the costs, rising premiums and deductibles and fewer and fewer and fewer choices.
