Trump just talks shit, speaks in vague platitudes and makes empty promises because Trump is a coward and doesn't want the responsibility of owning the results of any actions he takes... if they turn out negatively. Negative results, someone on his team is to blame. Positive results, it's all Trump. In Trump's head there is no "we did something good" it's "I" did something good. No "we did something wrong" it's "you/they did something wrong". Trump is psychologically flawed as a leader, he's only good as a showing for the GOP, a chearleader for dolts.
