I agree with you.... If you told me I would instantly make 30% more in ANY job across state lines, guess what.... I would be moving.

I remember when I worked for such wages back in the day, although for me minmum wage was $2.50 an hour. There was a group of us and we all knew who paid more, and every time we found a job that paid better we would jump ship.
