I feel you , don't want to repeat my story just look up my history with paxum LOL.
I live in Canada got paxum account for over 2 years or so and since they stop sending cheque the only way i have been able to cashout the $$$$ is by WIRED
$50 wire fee from paxum + a nice $15 welcome fee from your bank total around $65 = ( 3 days in your bank ) suprisingly
