I have had my share of doctors that can't speak fluently and sometimes it's been really hard to understand what the fuck he is trying to say.
Imagine I have had that for 3 times in a row resulting in an awful experience overall.
Is it not better then, I get someone I can properly communicate with ?

Here where I am any language issues could have been avoided if they only hired doctors that speak moderately fluently. Of course it doesn't help there's a shortage of doctors and shortcuts are being made whenever management can. But taxes must be paid...
