I'm pretty sure thee were also other lawsuits of this same type going on. Trump blocked a big veterans group not long ago and I remember there being talks of lawsuits then about him blocking people but also deleting tweets.
I know there was a lawsuit over deleting tweets because it violated the Federal record keeping laws.
