Any decent editing software will do it. You just need to figure out the tech specks of the masters and the final output..

I really screwed up explaining my problem because I should have said that this was DigiBeta.
Now I do not have a problem importing "the video" but the actual "video" is non-usable. (It's ruined crap) But unfortunately I can NOT export the sound so I'm stuck with a video file.
I need something that can do a batch process of stripping the sound from 40 video files into something like .wav/mp3/etc.
