Here are some facts to go along with what I'll charitably call your baseless prediction:
Impeachment made simple:
1. Majority (.5House +1) votes to impeach
2. Senate holds impeachment trial
3. Senate votes 2/3 to impeach (67 senators)
4. Mike Pence becomes president
Unless you imagine that dems will pick up 15 seats in the senate in 2018, Pence will be left in office even if Trump is impeached by some republicans.
If it waits until 2020, Trump is either defeated, in which case there will be no impeachment, or he is re-elected, in which case there will not be a successful impeachment.
