Actually 1 Congressman out of 435 filing for impeachment shows desperation. What world do you live in. The poster above made a good informed post about how it works. 50% plus one house members must vote for impeachment. Then senate must ratify with 60 votes including the president of the senate Mike Pence. Now since the democrats hold NEITHER house, how do you think this is going to happen LOL?

115th (2017?2019) session of congress: 435 total members

241 Republican
194 Democrat

115th United States Senate Session: 100 total members +1 Vice President Pence as tie breaker.

52 Republicans
46 Democrats
2 Independents

Now this can only even START with the HOR passing the articles of impeachment. Now looking at the party split above exactly how Bladewire is that going to happen with a 47 seat minority. Then a 4 seat minority in the Senate. You think 47 Republicans will suddenly side with democrats in the house LOL? No. Not going to happen never will happen. It's been months since you all posted this was the end!!! Well we're midway in July and not a damn thing has happened except Trump got one Supreme court judge in and 51 other appointees to the bench.

I'm trying to logically understand how you all think this will actually happen? Please explain it to me? You're post is super sure this is the end. How will that happen?

Call me a fake nic as usual when you can't make a logical argument to save your life. I'm giving you the chance to actually explain it to me so I can see your point of view here.

Please tell us all how Trump will be impeached?

Also to ratify the constitution and add a new article to the bill of rights it takes 2/3 of each house and then 34/50 state legislatures to all vote in favor of the amendment. Since once again Repubs control both houses and over 2/3 of all state legislatures how this can possibly ever happen. Even in some alternate universe?
