Russian State Employees cleared by the Kremlin don't need Visas when entering the states to defend Russia against sanctions.

Also, she went to a Republican function while here, against the rules of her visa. Why do Republicans invite Russians under sanctions to their events? Why does she know so many Rrpublicsns?
