You missed the point.
We could have spent two months reviewing and changing the vetting system, or spend six months in court over a travel ban. There is a smart way to do things and a dumb way to do things. It would have been quicker and easier to fix the vetting system instead of the bullshit they went through.
But then the reality is there is nothing to fix. Clearly our vetting system is working properly. How many terrorists from Syria have entered the United States and killed Americans? None?

It would be rolled into the normal budget of the Border Patrol.
But do we really need a wall? Under Obama illegal immigration dropped, and it's still dropping under Trump. Why spend ten billion dollars in the next two years on a problem that seems to be fixing itself.
