That is not the takeaway I got.
I read it as: Russian teenagers were trying to make some money by selling their home-made underage porn. I am sure that goes on everywhere but I was asking, if that was a real problem in Russia.
Pornhub is just flipping Russians the bird -- they don't want your traffic I guess. That is where Pornhub is telling you to go.
