But the facts are the facts , that in 1984 the caseworker found he molested his foster child and the case worker noted he should have no more foster children, but no charges were filed. Being a product of the foster care system I'll tell you that I'm not surprised, even the group home (orphanage) I was in, years later, found out a girl I know was being molested by a counselor there. 2 of the 3 foster homes I turned down to live in, were found years later to be molesting the boys, in one of the homes the father was a married pastor, 4 boys in his care, the other was a married stay at home father who drove a schoolbus at the end of the day, six boys were in his care.
