Russia should face sanctions, but not for what they are alleged to have done in the US elections. If that were the criteria the US would be facing sanctions from Europe.

Europe is an allie Paul, they're not an advesary. It's like friends trying to push something in their favor not an advesary that wants to destroy your way of life.
The hacks, and Russians meeting with Trump Jr. with stolen data on Clinton is all the proof we need, on top of all the other solid proof & people fired and being investigated for lying about Russia.
