More white people make money "under the table" at flea markets and strip clubs, etc. than Mexican workers doing yard work or maid service.
Illegal migrants should not be in the country. Whether it's to pick your Dad's fruit or work under the table. They're not required. Your arguments are a fallacy, otherwise, countries like Australia would grind to a halt. Their strict immigration policy has led to automation.

You no longer need illegal migrant to pick fruit.
