This bill originated in the Senate and passed 98-2 and procedurally had to be originated in the house because of a technicality involving legislation having to do with revenue. So now the House passed it 419-3, hence my thread title "Congress Overwhelmingly Votes YES to New Russian Sanctions & Limiting Trump's Power"
An American would know the history of this bill, educate yourself, going back to the Senate will not be an issue and it will on Trumps desk within the week, you didn't know that either |

If I was a foreigner I would probably have better things to do than correct you in every other thread. As it is I find it distressing to know that a countryman of mine was obviously high or asleep in civics 101. I'm interested to see if they will overrule Trump.
