hate to break it to you but the USA has no monopoly over tech whatsoever...china made their own processors after INTEL was banned from selling to them...the china chips were faster and consumed less energy than the american ones and they are just 1st generation, wait until they make 2nd or 3rd...it is factual reality that china has 60% of the worlds supercomputing power...
