I cant answer your question specifically but I can tell you that most people dont need a high risk account.

I banked with Bank South which was bought by NationsBank which bought Bank of America and kept the name, I had a business account and a good relationship with my branch manager.

I was depositing a CCBill check and he asked me why I didnt use a BofA merchant account, I explained that my business was adult, he said that is not a problem every adult store in atlanta has an account with us.

I applied and because I offered Scenes for sale as well as memberships I was approved. I ahd the merchant account for over 12 years, Netbilling did the billing and I never had a problem.

I would suggest this before paying a lot of money for a "high risk" account....cant hurt to ask....certainly didnt hurt me.
