Wrong. But I know why it may look like it to you.

In your eyes it is probably him being trolled, but in the eyes of every sane person it is him posting absolute ridiculous nonsense (which is trolling) and being called on it.
And on top of that: him being called out like in this instance is absolutely on topic to his post. While if roles were opposite, he would call out only with off topic. So completely different things.
I know it may be too difficult concept for you to understand though
