I understand about the parameters of your offer, and the fact you are still replying is a good sign.

However, again you seem annoyed and are making jokes about people who want refunds and when they want them (now). This does not make you come across as reputable (or even nice).
How about
: hey sorry it didn't work out for you we will send all refunds this Monday. Then do it. Stow the attitude in other words.
