I know that many people pay quarterly their water bills since they have so many props but wow -- several times I hear the water just going CRAZY upstairs for 24-48 hours. It could be a leaking toilet IF it's running 100% wide open
But wow there's a beta male, two capable looking females as well as one non beta male - now that means that any ONE of THREE of those should be capable of giving a shred of a FUCK about anything at all
If you're too stupid to fix a TOILET maybe CALL MAINTENANCE?!?! Which would cost you, what, $Ø.OO?!!

I read once about a guy getting a quarterly bill for $12,000 or some number and NOW I KNOW WHY
