Not sure about anyone else, but I pay attention to what our city government is doing. I've never attended a city council meeting, but I follow the city council and their actions closely. Where I live we had a lot of problems with the drought, and the city did in fact raise the cost of our water. I noticed the price has not gone down. No one in the community has said anything about it. It wasn't a huge increase so it's not a big deal for me.
