The girl that suicided -- did she tell her mother -- and what did her mother do?
Unfortunately, the heaviest burden of blame is on the mother if she knew the severity of the situation. She could have removed her child from that school and forced the county to move the child to another school -- odds are the rotten little shits would have forgotten her. Her mother could have just asked he child's digital social media account be closed -- she was under 13 -- there are laws and policies regarding this.
That is a terrible guilt to have to live with.
Children are often little rotten shits, the worst cyberbullies, and I am assuming that; the cyberbullies were other students at her school that knew her, are acting out their infantile neurosis using Facebook as their favored media (assumed digital media). This is a case where 'little trolls in training' can abuse pre-teen children with tragic, if not criminal results.
There are digital records of these little trolls' words tormenting this, now dead, girl. This is a matter for the juvenile criminal courts. Sometimes the pen is mightier than the sword -- with tragic results like this.
