You ask geniuses to solve a riddle that has been made by idiots (as always) (How else do you call people that put blocked pipes and thus blocked tanks into a system) What's the point of blocked tanks in a system... Every smart person would fucking remove the blocked tanks from the system as they have no fucking function at all...
