It's a shame you don't see your flawed thought process.
You: the Earth is warming, it might not be us.
Normal people: The Earth is warming, let's reduce our emissions and see if our scientists are right and we're the cause.
One thought process insures a positive proactive response, the other delays any response based on what 0.05% of scientist hypothesize.
