I went on my diet Sunday. On Sunday I was 232. Wednesday morning I was 225. My goal is 200.
The weight loss seems excessive for such a short period of time, but I had family in town and was eating horrible and not exercising. Over night I flipped that and I am eating a lot less and eating a lot healthier, plus biking every morning.
I topped out a few years ago at 275 so I am happy.
