Who's to say they were not already slim in the first pic they took, and then the gained all the weight for the fat pic? That way they could show the pics the otherway round and enjoy all the internet kudos and high fives without any effort?
As an aside, Thats actually what a lt of the weight loss products advertised with 'Before and After' pics used to do back in the days before photo shop. Pay a fit guy in the gym to gain weight, then show the pics backwards and attribute it to the product...
