The weight loss seems excessive for such a short period of time, but I had family in town and was eating horrible and not exercising. Over night I flipped that and I am eating a lot less and eating a lot healthier, plus biking every morning.
I topped out a few years ago at 275 so I am happy.

When you're not paying attention to calorie amount, carbs or nutrition in general and suddenly make a drastic shift you will drop a bunch of water weight. Not to poop on any parties, but that's not actual weight you lost. Your actual weight is probably more around the 225 number you mentioned. Now the real weight loss starts.
If I could give you one big tip, it would be to not lose indiscriminate weight just for the sole purpose of losing weight. When you do it too fast you lose muscle along with fat, and just ensuring the return of any weight you lose.
Take a year to do it, otherwise you'll be repeating the same shit over again and start from an even worse place next time.
