Legally copyright infringement is not usually criminal theft. It is a civil matter and DMCA is not a civil libel tort.
You don't like Facebook -- I get it. Facebook doesn't like you much either LOL.
Most of you only defend the CDA when it protects you and oppose its provisions, or changes, when you don't like them. You can only have it one way or another so long as the CDA Act stands as written.
Just be glad you don't live in China under Chinese Internet Law :P
