Those stats are probably from Manchester and surrounding towns. I lived in Seabrook for several years. Life was quiet, lots of wealthy folks had beach houses that rivaled mansions. Then again, that was twenty years ago. But for this buffoon to damn a whole state is indicative of his thought process.
