I am would think that if I was a lawyer with a court order they would say "yes sir" and that would be the end of it -- CYA seems their policy to me -- even when there is no court order and ''free speech'' is claimed.
There may be some anti-porn star sentiment here at play but I doubt Facebook would challenge a court order over something this trivial to them.

Could have fallen through the cracks. FB is too big to catch everything. And Im sure with a $2.5 million win under her belt, an "Im sorry we took it down now" from Facebook probably isnt good enough for this woman.
Usually the big corps get their way in federal court. Its usually stacked in their favor. I'd like to see the little guy, umm I mean woman, a get win here...
