WOW thats not good.
Very sorry this happen to you , as for the FEE's Paxum are very good at it ( charging fee
) and seems like its getting LOTS risky to do business with them.
Think about that it's Never their fault ,
never take blame for anything ,
they will never credit you fee's even if you dont get the service requested.
